Hello and welcome to the wonderful world of Paparazzi Jewelry! I'm super excited to have you on my team and can't wait to get you started!

To give you a good foundation, I've set out to offer up all the resources you need to be successful. I live, and hope to die, by the idea of worker smarter, not harder!

There's lot of anticipation during that first week, while you wait for your kit to arrive. This is the {Perfect} time to take care of some things that will help you build a good foundation, and give you a successful start.

* Email Address-Consider setting up an email address just for your business. You want an email that is easy to remember, specific to you and maybe even gives anyone that decides to email you an idea of what you are all about. I personally use Gmail.

* Have a Plan-Decide what you want your primary source of parties to be (i.e. Facebook, Home Parties, Events etc.). Deciding now certainly doesn't limit you, and shouldn't, but it helps to know where you want your business to go. I recommend being able (and open) to any style of party that comes your way, but knowing where your focus is going to be will help you with the next step.

* Displays and Presentation Supplies- Things you will need to consider obtaining (or gathering-don't be afraid to be resourceful) are tables, table cloth, peg board displays or traveling cases, baskets etc. Make sure that whatever you select is organized and CLEAN!

* Develop Your Work Schedule-One of the greatest things about Paparazzi is that you get to have a job that works around YOUR life and not the other way around, but it helps to have a schedule. Remember, you get out what you put into your business, so be sure to design a schedule that works around your life and family, but also your goals. Having a schedule will also make it easier to plan out for parties and events, as well as sets a standard that your customers can expect from you.
