One of the things that attracts someone to host a party for us is the potential of earning their jewelry for FREE. Free seems to be the magic word when asking a potential hostess to book a party.
The things you reward your hostess with are often referred to as hostess rewards. As a consultant you have the freedom to choose what you want to offer your hostess but there are a few things to know and consider.
At a minimum you must give your hostess 1 free for every 10 that sells at their party. Paparazzi gives you 1 free for every 10 you buy. The pieces are intended to be used as your hostess gifts and/or supplement your inventory for gifting 1 for every 10 sold. On the same note, when orders are made through your hostesses party link (on your website) corporate will reward her with the same-1 free for every 10 her guests buy.
Ideas of other things you can offer as hostess rewards:
1 free just for hosting*
1 free for every party that is booked from theirs*
1 free for every 20 guests that attend and make a $5 minimum purchase
...any other ideas you choose. It's really up to you!
*When parties/orders are held/made through your website, corporate will not reward your hostess with 1 free for every 10 until the party has sold a $50 minimum. It's up to you whether you want to follow this same standard on the other types of parties you offer. Just make sure that you explain to your hostess about the $50 minimum for parties that are held through your website.
*I strongly suggest that when you reward hostesses with 1 free for every party booked from theirs that you allow them to claim that free piece AT their friends party and not before. If for some reason the party is cancelled you will have given a free piece that was not fully earned.
